Rationale: The Kansas City Burglar and Fire Alarm Association as worked with all local alarm coordinators over the past nine years to develop a cooperative spirit in reducing the incident of false alarms in the Metro area. Comprised of national and local alarm companies, monitoring centers and equipment suppliers, the officers and members of the KCB&FAA have been available to deal with problem customers at any time. By maintaining constant communication both ways, and by actively pursuing false alarm reduction, the Association has been a major factor in false alarm reduction in the Metro area.
