Rationale:Their use of the 2 call verification has resulted in significant drop in false alarms for their customers in this area and I would have to assume that it holds true nationwide. For Leawood, their False Alarm Rate dropped 27% from .610 to .450. If this has held true nationwide with their 6 million customers, it means 1 million less false alarms that public safety had to deal with.
